Here is a summary of what we include:

• Two days of tuition in a supportive environment in a small group.
  
• Personalisation to suit your swimming stroke and your learning style. You leave the course with personal pointers for each section.
  
• Video analysis throughout the course with a copy for you to keep.
  
• 1 month of support by email and phone - we will send you 3 x 30 min homework tasks each week and are here to help you with any troubleshooting.
• An extra thick TI swim cap - Upon 'graduation' from the workshop. To help keep you warm when you take your new stroke 'out of the box'. Once you can feel like you can swim all day it can be hard to resist the lure of the open water! 

Individual Tuition

One on one sessions with a fully trained TI instructor.  Suitable for beginners, swimmers and TI alumni

Tune Up

1.5 hours. For graduates of our Fishlike Freestyle Course.

Cost is $45

Musical instruments need to be tuned to make the note sound good. Your car needs regular servicing to keep it running well. This course is for TI swimmers who want to fine tune their stroke and refresh any aspects of their swimming they have forgotten. This course replaces the 'Refresher'

Two Hour Demo

2 hours. Suitable for all swimmers

Cost is $25 with a limited number of free 'Early Bird' tickets.
